Who we are and how we work
MH-Solution stands for flexibility. We work across devices and manufacturers and try to make the repair process as easy as possible.
When you send us your device, we will keep you up to date and usually return the device after a few days. But of course you can also drop your device off. Or we pick it up for you.

Do not worry about unnecessary costs
MH-Solution works with package prices. High fees for cost estimates can thus be avoided. Even if customers decide against a repair after the diagnosis, the processing fee of max. 35€ is rather small.
Of course, it can happen that no defect can be detected at the device despite a repair request. If we see that after intensive tests the product itself is intact, a processing fee of max. 49€ will be invoiced.
A brief history of the company
The founders of MH-Solution had the vision in 2009 to transform their Know-How in IT technology into their own company. Managing Director Michael Üpping had previously worked as a manager in a family business for 15 years, which mainly carried out manufacturing maintenance work. In August 2009, Michael Üpping founded MH-Solution together with manager Heiko Rickert and the concept “Flexibility” became the maxime for MH-Solution, which should be achieved with a much broader range of products.
A few months later, MH-Solution counted employees in the double-digit range and handled an order volume of 500 to 700 units per month.
The company
The company is currently resident in Marl with its fifteen employees. Our workshop, which is located in the 1000 m² MH-Solution building, is equipped with high-quality diagnostic and repair equipment.
Equipment
The standard tool box is not enough to test and repair high-tech devices such as noteboks and mainboards. Devices in the professional standard must be used in order to measure the smallest currents and impulses and to correct the conductors.
Because MH-Solution routinely performs tests on the repaired devices, the return rate is extremely low. As well as no repair is complained.
